1. Overview. This website is operated by Microplastic Detox, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all referenced policies, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Products & health disclaimer. Microplastic Detox is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is informational only and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. This product contains shellfish (crab, shrimp); do not use if you have a shellfish allergy.
3. Orders, pricing & shipping. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to correct pricing errors. Prices and availability may change without notice. In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days, with most U.S. orders arriving within 3–7 business days after they ship.
4. Subscriptions & recurring billing. By choosing a subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us; there is no minimum commitment. We will notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price as required by law.
5. Returns & refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /pages/refund-policy.
6. Accuracy of information. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, research summaries, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Research summaries describe studies of individual ingredients, not the finished product.
7. Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
9. Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support@microplasticdetox.co before pursuing formal proceedings.
10. Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted here governs your use of the site.
