Refund policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Microplastic Detox. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of your order's delivery date.

How to request a refund

Email support@microplasticdetox.co with your order number. You do not need to return unused product unless we request it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Pre-orders

Some orders are placed on a pre-order basis. For pre-orders, your payment method is charged at the time of purchase and your order ships within the timeframe shown at checkout (currently 7–8 weeks). You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund, including any amount already charged. Once a pre-order ships, the standard 60-day money-back guarantee above applies.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed on the schedule disclosed at checkout (currently $29 for your first month, then $49 every 4 weeks). You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us before your next billing date — there is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Recurring orders already shipped are covered by our standard satisfaction policy; contact us and we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
